After the birth of a baby, it is common to feel overwhelmed, sad, or anxious. You don’t have to face this alone. With the right help, you can and will feel better.

At this time, I am offering video Telehealth therapy for all of my clients.

I provide therapy for new and expecting mothers during the challenging time of pregnancy and postpartum. Your body, relationships, career, personal identity, finances, family, friendships are all affected. You want to feel more comfortable and confident as a mother, or you want to have better communication with your partner, or perhaps you want to adjust more positively to your changed body, career, and identity. Are you feeling stressed? overwhelmed? anxious? Your mind may be racing with everything you feel is going or will go wrong. You’re thinking, “I just don’t feel like myself.” If you’re struggling with breastfeeding, or if your birth experience was scary or upsetting, please know you’re not alone and you can and will feel better with the right help.

Pregnant? Your life has already been impacted in ways you may not have foreseen and you know there’s more to come. Many women feel anxious during this time. Learn the coping strategies, relationship skills, communication skills, and self-care routines that will best support you and your growing family.

I provide secure virtual Telehealth, relieving you the stress of finding childcare and the burden of traveling.

I offer therapy during all stages of motherhood. This also includes if you’re struggling with fertility or have experienced miscarriages or loss.

Treatment goals are tailored to your priorities and your needs. Therapy is a supportive outlet for all your feelings and experiences, and I give you practical tools to feel more in control, more confident, and less stressed. We will work on improving your relationships, self-care, confidence, and self-image so you are mothering as the best you. Calm your thoughts, gain confidence, and thrive, not just survive.
